Fitted to the rear of the front wishbone, the PFF5-5601G features a hard anodised aluminium outer shell combined with our unique low friction polyurethane centre bush. This poly/alu combination creates a low friction rotating bush, significantly reducing the forces acting on the arm. By minimising the compliant material within the aluminium shell, lower arm deflection is decreased, resulting in less movement under cornering and braking. This improvement translates to better steering control and feel.
Designed to fit the 66mm aluminium bush, it is crucial to ensure you have the correct size before fitting. During development, testing indicated a remarkable 128% increase in stiffness compared to the original rubber bush. For those seeking even greater stiffness, our Black Series part offers a 28% increase over the PFF5-5601G, culminating in a 190% increase in stiffness over the original part.
