Description
Polyurethane two part foam, ideal for moulding a seat. Mixed in equal quantities, 1 kilo of mix will produce approximately 1 cubic foot of foam.
Thoroughly mixed 1:1 by volume to produce a rigid foam of approximately 42 kg/m3. It expands very rapidly to approximately 20 times by volume. As well as being used for making seats, this foam can be used to fill voids in bodywork etc.
Easiest way to mould a seat is to put a bin liner in the cockpit, sit in driving position, then add the mixed foam. Takes approximately 10-15 minutes to set.
