Description
The Mocal Sandwich Plate Spacer is made from billet aluminium.This spacer can be used with both Mocal sandwich plates, thermostatic (M-OTSP-1) and non-thermostatic (M-SP-1) types.
Measures 80mm in diameter and 25mm deep. Uses an ‘O’ ring to seal against the mating face. This will require a longer than normal extension bolt, this is a separate item.
Designed primarily for Subaru boxer engines where the spin on filter recesses into the block slightly. Although, can be used for any application where getting the sandwich plate away from either the engine block or filter housing is necessary.
Please note, the take-off plate in the image is for illustration purposes only and is NOT supply with the spacer.
