Description
Specifically designed to allow the crankshaft rear main oil seal to be fitted without damaging the delicate seal lip. When fitting rear crankshaft seals it is important the seal is fitted square and without damage because it is not possible to tell if it will leak until the transmission is fully fitted and the engine has been run.
- Applications Include: 2.0L BMW diesel engines. 1 Series (2007 – 2015), X1 (2012 – 2015). 3 Series (2007- 2016), X3 (2007 – 2010), 4 Series (2013 – 2016) 5 Series (2007 – 2017), X5 (2013 – 2015).
- Engine codes covered: N47 D20, N47S D20.
- Equivalent to OEM 11 8 810.
- For use with OEM seals supplied with seal lip support ring.
- Use in accordance with OEM instructions.
